War of the Roses Canvas Glückshaus Board

Glückshaus is a 16th-century dicing game that was popular in many countries. The German name means "The House of Luck," while the English called it The Lucky Pig Game. Players of all ages take turns rolling the dice and laying down or taking up coins or other tokens according to what they roll. This game is quick to learn, and players can jump in or drop out at any time without disrupting play.

Our version was handdrawn in ink, then printed on recycled canvas to be durable, easily portable, and washable. The iconography is taken from the heraldic badges of various players in the Wars of the Roses.
