Our goal at Bee and Elephant is to make your dream more real, whether that means accessories modeled on archaeological finds or the fantasy garb you have always wanted.

We carry an assortment of in-stock items, but are always excited to hear about your custom order. Fittings are available in the Pittsburgh, PA area, or via email and video conference.

Nicola - Founder/Owner

Nicola started Bee & Elephant in 2023, originally selling parchment, inks, and other historical scribal supplies. She saw a need for historically accurate headwear at SCA events and eventually made the switch to hatting and millinery. Over time, her style expanded to include medieval, Renaissance, Georgian, Regency, and fantasy headwear.

Sydney - Apprentice

Sydney has been a hatting and millinery apprentice with Bee & Elephant for over a year. They are currently finishing a bachelor's degree in Theatre with a concentration in Costume Design. They started with Bee & Elephant as a way to expand their skills and knowledge and quickly found a love and knack for hat making.
