Solid Agate Burnisher

We love parchment. We really do. But it needs a little extra love sometimes. A burnisher is indispensable for helping prepare a smooth, even surface, for making your gilding shine, and for correcting mistakes as unobtrusively as possible.

These agate burnishers are useful tools that are glorious to look at and satisfying to hold. They are approximately five inches long, with a comfortable handle and a gently curved working surface that will not snag or scratch. Available in either red or green, the specific burnishers shown in the second picture are the ones we have in stock. Four of each color are available.
